S.D.A. OF AMERICA, INC. was formally incorporated in Georgia on November 8, 1995 (Secretary of State Control Number 9532911, Fulton County). The certificate of incorporation was filed through Decker & Hallman, with Peter V. Hasbrouck, Esq. serving as incorporating counsel.
